Description:
If the user records a video in the camera app while the gallery is in the background the video will not be present when the user returns to the gallery app. If a user takes a picture it will be present when returning to the gallery app. If the user force closes and reopens the gallery app the video will be present.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Aries to 20150819130905
2) Open gallery app
3) Return to homescreen and open camera app
4) Record a video
5) Return to gallery app
6) observe present files

Actual:
The new video is not present in the gallery app

Expected:
It is expected that the gallery populates with the video

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.5.
