119651 - Personal toolbar icons look like old theme after theme switch.

I can't believe someone didn't file this one already, at least I didn't find it.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Be sure to have personal toolbar visible.
2) Switch theme from Modern to Classic or vise versa.

Result: Personal toolbar icons will still look as the old theme.

A restart fixes it. Below I will attach two screenshot of how it looks.

Great, I was just coming here to post that bug! The bug occurs on every win
platform I've used.

also note that the little arrows in the grippies (far left of the toolbars) are
misplaced/upside down.
