1. Open the E-mail app
2. Select Manual setup
[Expected Result]
A form shows up, requiring personal information.
[Actual Result]
The button is unclickable.
*Build: W593_0804_USERDEBUG_EUR.
*Open C2 only.
Key in the username and email first, and then Manual setup button would clickable.
