I'd like to use step_timeout_func[1] and sequential promise_test[2] in performance observer tests. And I will use them in frame timing API tests too. Thanks Ms2ger! https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=bb996b404858 There is a new unknown failure. I filed it as bug 1196972 because it does not use testharness.js at all.
