don't think that this is network related, but maybe for PR purposes that should be the "official" reason.

I'm assigning this to troy, who as performance czar, can give us the run-down on who the culprits are and then reassign the bug or add in some CC's to get it resolved.

When you and I tried it this week it loaded much faster than Communicator 4.5 (12 seconds versus 39 seconds)
