This bug was filed from the Socorro interface and is
report bp-8f02d23e-8a8e-4c31-8fb3-2ab7f2150821.
=============================================================

I started FF43 with 4/5 tabs and I closed it immediately, then it crashed.
This showed up on the nightly explosiveness reports. It rose in volume on 20150817061040: https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=0876695d1abdeb363a780bda8b6cc84f20ba51c9&tochange=a6eeb28458fd2652e12e57334f046b7776d75bb4

The only JS changes I see are bug 1194627 and bug 1186424 but neither of those look particularly related, at first glance.

Is there a way to see such charts. To have an idea on how much it has changed and to know when pushing a 'possible fix' how much it changes that volume? I already pushed a fix for another issue. I think this isn't correlated, though.

Use the build ID facet and sort on the build ID column: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/search/?signature=%3Djs%3A%3ACancelOffThreadIonCompile%28JSCompartment*%2C+JSScript*%29&release_channel=nightly&date=%3E8%2F8%2F2015&_facets=build_id&_columns=date&_columns=signature&_columns=build_id&_columns=platform#facet-build_id

It looks like the volume is the same as before. (The last 1-2 days are not reliable since it takes time for crashes to come in, and people don't always upgrade right away)

This seems to be fixed by bug 1198245.
Bug 1198245 fixed some racy code which landed August 27th and I didn't see any crashes on the crash-stats with newer builds, which was 20 daily on average.
Confirmed.
