Steps to reproduce:
I was re sizing the search dialogue box (which reside on the left side, one where we can enter link or web address) .
Actual results:
On minimizing the dialogue box i found circular shape refresh icon comes outside the search box and start lying between this dialogue box and the adjacent box(where we get search results on typing or we can say box present on right side).
Visible in the image attached.
Expected results:
That refresh icon should be inside that search dialogue box(where we can enter link or web address).

Summary: Searchbox in which we can enter link contains refresh button which comes out of that rectangular box on minimizing at up to an extent and then again go back inside it once it comes enlarge search box. → Refresh icon of leftmost dialogue box comes outside it on minimizing its length

Right now it is working fine even in normal mode but before 10-12 days the issue was there.
