Steps to reproduce:
I've set home pages with capital letters, for exemple : "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqI16uNvl4M" .
Actual results:
Firefox saved the "browser.startup.homepage" string without capital letters, so it becomes "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uqi16unvl4m", and the site won't open at the startup, cause the URL is wrong.
Expected results:
Firefox should have save the string with capital letters so the site should open properly.
