I'm avoiding --enable-rust in the mozconfigs for my cross linux->mac Firefox builds right now because I don't have a cross-rust toolchain available. If someone builds that and puts it in tooltool it shouldn't be hard to re-enable it.
I believe this is what's causing cross builds fail again?

This was fixed elsewere, I believe. We have rust enabled by default for all platforms now.
