There are currently redundant messages about replication. Some are for changegroup data. Others are from pushkey data. We should call out which is which.

hgserver: report what type of data is replicated (bug 1197462); r?fubar We sometimes replicate different types of data. We should report which data is being replicated so the report is more useful. While I was here, I also snuck in blackbox logging of this data.
