[Sorry for my mouse being invisible on this video when it's above text. Anyway, It's just a demonstration; I'm strictly following STR]

STR: (Win7, Nightly 43.0a1 (2015-08-20))
1. Set Dark theme for devtools
2. Open new tab, open Scratchpad/Style Editor/Debugger and make sure that they have horizontal scrollbar
3. Move mouse ~1-5px higher than the upper boundary of horizontal scrollbar
4. Press left mouse button (don't release left mouse button)
5. Move mouse in the middle of visible text.
6. Release left mouse button.

Result: Text is selected in an unusual way, I'm not sure what is it, but Ctrl+C/X/V don't work properly on that text. In addition I still am able to select text in normal CodeMirror way

Expectations: No "unusual text selection" should be possible
Has STR: --- → yes
>>>   My Info:   Win7_64, Nightly 48, 32bit, ID 20160326030430
STR_2 (for light theme):
1. Open attachment 8724506 [details]
2. Open Debugger, hover mouse over the small white rectangle at the bottom-right of the code area
3. Hold left mouse button, move mouse to the center of code area. Release left mouse button

AR: Text is selected in an unusual way, I'm not sure what is it, but Ctrl+C/X/V don't work
ER: No "unusual text selection" should be possible
