Steps to reproduce:

Upgrade to 38.2.0


Actual results:

After upgrade, when computer has hibernated, auto Check for New Messages no longer works until Thunderbird is restarted.
Similar to bug 179056, except a restart is required to get auto message checking to work.


Expected results:

Mail accounts are set to check every few minutes.  this no longer happens after computer hibernation.  Was working fine until 38.2.0 upgrade.
I'm seeing the same behavior here on Windows 7, 64-bit.
Yes, this is Windows 64-bit.

If you have imap account, your problem may be bug 1196662 if your problem started to occur from Tb 38.2.0.
  bug 1196662 : Regression by Tb 38.2.0.
  problem looks resolved by patch for Bug 1182831(typo in autosync.js) and autosync is feature for imap.
