User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0
Build ID: 20150812163655

Steps to reproduce:

I installed Ghostery on a fresh installation of Firefox for Android by clicking the install button at addons.mozilla.org multiple times.
Multiple popups were appearing to install Ghostery.
I confirmed to install Ghostery for every popup.

Actual results:

After multiple confirmations that Ghostery was installed the result was that for every installation an entry with "Ghostery options" was appearing.

Also the extension's overlay didn't respond (the little ghost from Ghostery on every page). => the extension's execution is bugged

Removing the extension did only remove one menu entry.

A restart fixed everything:
- if Ghostery was deleted before the restart nothing was left in the menu
- if Ghostery wasn't deleted only one menu entry was left like it should and the extension is working again like it should

Tested in Stable 40.0 and Beta 41.0.

I made a short video to demonstrate it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LeNPmsnUSKY

I think this should probably be fixed by Bug 1194183, if we do it properly. Basically there shouldn't be any way to install an add-on multiple times, IMO.
