When i enable xbl form controls in installer build, forms disapper or
look really bad. Looks like forms.jar is not included in
mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-sea.tar.gz

I think forms.jar should be added to xpinstall/packager/packages-unix,
maybe -mac and -windows too?
