STR:   (Win7, Nightly 43.0a1 (2015-08-23))
1. Enter customization mode
2. hover mouse over any draggable item, press left mouse button (don't release it) to start drag and drop
3. Move mouse over any tab's start/end curved border.

Result:       Tab from step 3 twitches/deforms
Expectations: Tabs should stay still.

(!) I figured out that it's easier (and more possible) to reproduce if you grab the top left corner of an item in customization mode. Just like on the video.
