Details

We should facilitate and support creating market customizations for the first-time and upgrade tutorial screens. This would allow better matching of the tour content to the locale & market-specific experience a user will have.
Dale, can you outline what needs to happen to make this so? I'm not clear what's involved.

Honestly I have very little idea about what is needed here, Gregor briefly mentioned it was something product wanted at Whistler. But I dont know any of the details of what the feature entails and cant particularly imagine anything since the customisations are giving us very little value at the moment.

If there are particular implementation issues then I can possibly talk to them, I worked on some of the browser search engine mnc / mcc configuration but thats about it.
