119817 - If message has no label the "0 None" should not be shown

If makes no sense to be able to set the Label "None" if the already message has
no Label. So the "0 None" should be removed from both the context menu and the
Message menu. Or just disabled.

I disagree.  I think the menu should be more similar to View > Text Zoom where
all options are always visible, and the currently selected item is bulleted.

I also do not agree with the reporter. I think the None should show even if the
selected message is currently not labeled.
