There's a report that web elements flicker when OMTC and offscreen surfaces are enabled. I can see that on Fedora and Firefox 40 with system-cairo enabled.

I'm going to test latest nightly/trunk.

Fixed now when Firefox 41 is built with in-tree cairo.
