User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:42.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/42.0 Build ID: 20150823004007 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open "Contacts". 2. Select a contact and initiate an outgoing call to it. 3. Answer the call. 4. End the call. 5. go to Homescreen and open "Phone". Actual results: 'Dialer' screen isn't displayed, empty monochromatic screen appears. 'Dialer' can be opened only after 'Contacts' app is closed in background. Expected results: 'Dialer' screen is displayed
Possibly a regression from bug 1188544.

I've just re-tested this and it doesn't seem to occur anymore. Could you re-test and report back on this bug if this is solved for you too?
