Details
I have a Cortex-A15 board (Nvidia Tegra TK1 "Jetson") running Ubuntu 14.04. Overall on Octane this is about 3.5x faster than the Android Flame on AWFY. (Many of the benchmarks are 5x or more faster than the flame.)
But two of the benchmarks are not keeping up: Box2D is just 1.6x the speed of the Flame, and Mandreel is 0.8x the speed of the Flame.
This could really be anything - I'm running a shell build while the Flame is running a browser; I have gcc 4.8.4 while the Flame has (unspecified). But it's something to look into, the difference is worrisome.

There is no concrete proposal or bug here. We track slowness in Octane in bug 807159.
I will just dupe it over.
