STR: - open mozilla.org - open the toolbox and switch to the style-editor - now switch to the inspector - add a new rule in the rule-view (ctx menu) - add some properties - switch to the style-editor ==> expected: a new style-sheet appears with the new rule ==> actual: the new inline style-sheet doesn't appear Now, if you don't switch to the style-editor first (make sure it isn't loaded in the toolbox), then add the rule and only then switch over to it, then the inline style-sheet appears. So it might just be a matter of refreshing the style-editor list.

works fine for me. The work around fission/resources watcher might have fixed this
