Steps to reproduce:

I used sync with my Firefox v40.0.2 installation (without master password activated)
Then I formatted the entire PC
Now I reinstalled Firefox v40.0.2
then i connected to the sync.



Actual results:

Sync didnt restore the information fully,
i did not get all passwords back from resynching (no master password activated).


Expected results:

I shoud have all links passwords etc restored.

Sorry for the delay here, but the log you attached shows 110 logins added via Sync. Is it possible you didn't wait long enough for Sync to apply them? Or maybe you do see those 110 sites but they don't have a password? Or is the problem something else?

There's a related bug with this happening on Android, but it sounds like you're on Desktop only. Please reopen if you have more details per comment 1. Thanks!
