Change Mark Mayo's title to Senior Vice President, Firefox and add Steering Committee inclusion.

Change Denelle Dixon-Thayer's title to "Chief Legal and Business Officer"

You are correct. We need to update the leadership page adding "steering committee" to Jascha. Should also move Jascha above Alison Banks and put her below.

Also need to add him to the steering committee page with link to his press bio.
