Currently the sync row in the in the hamburger menu shows signing to sink when the user is unverified. We should instead add an unverified state that prompts the user to verify their account. See attached.

I was able to reproduce this issue on Windows 10 x86 using Firefox 43.0a1 (2015-08-26). The issue was verified and is no longer reproducible on Windows 10 x86, Mac OS X 10.11 and Ubuntu 14.04 x64, using Firefox 43.0 Beta1.
