Not sure we need UX here, but we might want to refine the string - "Are you sure you want to end this conversation?"

Your suggested string is great since we're moving away using the terminology "calls". As for UX, we should just pop up a dialogue that has that string, similar to the "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page?" dialogue.
