Details
Even though I have a ldap account and updated the VPN config file with my credentials, I am unable to connect to Jenkins through VPN. The connection keeps timing out. We believe this to be a firewall issue.

Blocking QA work. Can someone please take a look at the access issue?
Same issue for 3 LDAP accounts recently created.

Please tell me the hostname/IP address and port numbers you're trying to connect to.

I need to know the IP address or hostname of what you are trying to connect TO. You say you're having trouble reaching "Jenkins" but that doesn't mean anything to me. I need to know exactly which host you're trying to connect _to_. Thanks.

I have verified that your account already has the correct permissions to access jenkins1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com. While you're connected to the VPN, what happens when you try to ping that host? Can you show me? Thanks.

I can't connect to the VPN. I get this error "The VPN connection failed because the connection attempt timed out."

OK - transferring this bug to the service desk who can better assist with this issue, as it seems to be related to your own computer/OS and not the VPN service itself.
Component: Mozilla VPN: Support requests → Servicedesk
