bug 1190522 removed pkg-dmg which partner repacks depends on.  I've pushed pkg-dmg into the github repo as a temporary fix, but we should probably move to the new scripts.

I should have time to test this out tomorrow AM. Same pattern might be useful for l10n repacks as well.

I fixed the bitrot and merged the s3 branch in. 

As I noted in the issue comments, we still need to figure out how to use the dmg tool to extract the initial Mac package since we still rely on hdiutil for extraction. I've managed to successfully extract a dmg into a filesystem image, but haven't been able to then mount that image on an existing Linux slave or container yet. I'll keep plugging at it.
