Steps to reproduce:
1. Open about:preferences#sync
2. Reduce window width
Actual results:
- The default picture is different from setting page.
- Disconnect label overflow.
- "Manage Account" text-link is word wrapped.
Expected results:
- Use same image
- No overflow
- No word-wrap
