Way back in bug 768333, GetPositionInFrames needed a deopt pragma to work around what looked like a miscompilation with MSVC2010 and PGO that resulted in bogus values being returned. Since the minimum MSVC version (as of Firefox 37) is now MSVC2013, there's no real reason to keep this deopt hack around.
