Please shutdown and delete affiliates-dev.allizom.org including it's databases and cron jobs. Affiliates will go away in a couple of months and development has stopped. Dev is already broken (bug 1198367) and it doesn't worth fixing it. We still need affiliates.allizom.org (staging server) and production affiliates.mozilla.org Thanks!

OK other than waiting for the DB to be deleted in bug: 1203185 I think we are done here: * removed crons * removed from puppet (including celery config) * decom'd the apache config and removed it from zeus * removed files from the server and log files. * removed from chief config
