User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0 Build ID: 20150812163655 Steps to reproduce: I left-clicked on a link that opens in a new tab. Actual results: New tab opened with blank/empty address bar. Side effects: refresh button disabled. Switching tabs and coming back to the relevant one makes the URL to be shown and the refresh button to be enabled. Expected results: URL would have been shown in the address bar => refreshing should have been enabled without needing to switch tabs.
No loading circle either...
Same issue on my Linux box...

Fortunately (or not), the issue seems fixed in 40.0.3.
