119921 - problem sending files through forms since 0.9.7

I am developing CGI's and since I have upgraded Mozilla to release 0.9.7 I am
unable to submit files through forms. The browser acts as if it was waiting
data from the server although what is happening is not clear.
This bug does happen on both Windows NT and GNU/Linux and was not there is 0.9.6.
If the form does not contain file fields, the form submission is otherwise
correctly handled.

From the release notes:

Mozilla will hang when submitting forms which have a field to upload files if
this field is blank or refers to an invalid file. This affects sites using Zope
or IMP webmail, among others. If you need this feature, you can download a
nightly build here: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/nightly/latest/ . (Bug
