1. In Fx41+, open about:preferences#security
2. click on 'saved passwords...' button
3. look at title bar

actual: It says 'saved passwords'. I believe there was a decision to name everything 'saved logins'

expected: these strings should match the context menu and android strings.

So you want to break string freeze? Nightly is 43 currently. You will want to talk to l10n@ if you want to uplift.
