1199382 - Rename some strings from "password" to "login"

1. In Fx41+, open about:preferences#security
2. click on 'saved passwords...' button
3. look at title bar

actual: It says 'saved passwords'. I believe there was a decision to name everything 'saved logins'

expected: these strings should match the context menu and android strings.

The string changes listed in the attachment in Comment 1 are the ones that the product team working on logins has prioritized for uplift to to 42.

So you want to break string freeze? Nightly is 43 currently. You will want to talk to l10n@ if you want to uplift.

:mattn - Bill and I: let's work on uplifting into Fx43 (Aurora). Doesn't feel high enough priority to get it into Fx42.
