testing: run an hgweb container as part of the MozReview cluster (bug 1199421); r?smacleod We'll introduce a feature where MozReview will be talking to APIs on hg.mozilla.org. To test this, we need to run a hg.mo container as part of the MozReview testing environment. This commit does just that.
