[I recommend you to go in bug 1199728 if link to the attachment in Step 1 isn't working]

1. Open https://element.yandex.ru/ , click "Установить" to install extension
  (or open attached extension in bug 1199728 - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=8654222)
2.(you may need to click "Allow")

Result:       Top block in popup says "This addon couldn't be installed because it's corrupt"
Expectations: There actually are 3 add-ons which can be installed in previous vertions of Fx (42).
              So, notification about corrupted add-on should display additional info like add-on's
              Name or at least display the number of corrupted add-ons.
That info is listed in "install.rdf" (inside inner .xpi files) so I suppose it could be displayed.
If you have better understanding of internal Fx mechanisms, and it's NOT possible, mark it as Invalid
