Our team has 2 members with Hg access but they are no longer active. I'd like to ask for access for the following members:

- Trung Ngo <ndtrung4419@gmail.com>, and
- Hai Nguyen <hainp2604@gmail.com>

Let's focus on one for now and file a separate bug for Hai Nguyen.

Please add Trung to the locale_peer and tableau_user LDAP groups.

There is no ldap account for Trung.
