Attachment: Test showing stopped events bubbling on border of disabled fieldset

User Agent: Opera/12.16 (X11; Linux i686) Presto/2.12.388

Steps to reproduce:

Placed listener on document to listen for change of fieldset>legend>[type=checkbox] and toggle fieldset.disable.


Actual results:

Works one-way: fieldset is disabled and no event is received thereafter.


Expected results:

Such setup should allow toggling disabled state in both ways.

I'm also experiencing this issue, doesn't seem to happen in Chrome.

As for today, we have noticed this issue using Firefox 107.0 (64-bit). See https://github.com/yast/d-installer/pull/354
