Target string freeze and L10N hand-off date Sept 10. Go live is Nov 3.

Tier 1 locales: de, fr, en-US, en-GB

Tier 2: Poland, Italy, Spain, maybe one or two more (will confirm)

Tier 3: Rest of the world

Flod and Pascal, I will set up time to discuss scope. There are some idiosyncrasies wrt translating the links and content for certain locales.
