Details

Fig is unused and I've received permission from the twig owner to decom it. We want to recover as many builders from it as possible so we can chunk mochitest further. Armen suggested we leave a single builder in buildbot on it, which will make it esaier to resurrect if we want to in the future. I'll add a note to https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/DisposableProjectRepositories that fig is deprecated as well.
Looks like this was done as part of bug 1135702 for some reason. I'll update the wiki.
