1200704 - Separate the Exclusion list entries with adjacent Job icons

Looking at the large block of default exclusions in the Sheriff panel, it is difficult:

o to see where one exclusion ends and another begins
o to relate the name of the exclusion, to corresponding jobs/groups in Treeherder

I was thinking we might insert an inert job button or group button (roughly the size of the job icons in the Similar Jobs tab/tables), to the left of each entry in the exclusion list. This would both visually separate each exclusion, and correspond the exclusion to the job table.

We're going to replace exclusion profiles with people always using the in-tree (mozilla-central) tier values instead (bug 1387640).
