Details

STR:   (Win7_64, Nightly 43, 32bit, ID 20150901030226, new profile, safe mode)
1. Open page https://www.chromium.org/_/rsrc/1438879449147/config/customLogo.gif
2. Quickly press Ctrl+S, then Ctrl+W
3. When the Windows save dialog appear, press Enter to save the file

Result:       The window closed and nothing was saved
Expectations: File/page should be saved OR Ctrl+W should be prohibited for those 2 seconds when
              the Windows save dialog appear.
