when the mouse is near the botom right corner, mouse is realy slow, not
elsewhere in the screen, this is certainly due to a strange calculus of the
litle yellow text box area folowing the mouse

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. put the mouse on botom right near ths srolls-bar.

Actual Results:  mouse slow down

Expected Results:  not resize the yellow box

What little yellow text box?

if you "have a little yellow text box area following your mouse", this is
probably a JavaScript or Java problem, but I don't see any Java getting called
in the HTML, and the JavaScript looks pretty inocuous.

Mouse speed is ok for me no lags. Mozilla build 2002041914 Linux
