Steps to reproduce:

Upgraded from thunderbird 38 to beta 40. On windows with a 3840x2160 resolution with windows scaling set to 150%. (ticked, thunderbird.exe->properties->disable scaling when high dpi



Actual results:

Cannot close/minimize Thunderbird with the top controls. See here:

the actual working buttons are seemed to be shifted to the right hand side of the window.

(this is the point where i can actually close the window



Expected results:

Hovering over the visible red X should close the application

Thank you for filing this bug. Please use the xpi attached at bug 1188778 to fix the issue until it's fixed in the tree.
