cf_blocking_loop appears to have been dropped from the Bugzilla database without the corresponding change records added to the bug history. Instead, which is worse, the change history for that flag was also deleted:  Removing history destroys the historical record of past projects; we can no longer compare 'effort' between fxOS releases.

Scripting changes to the historical record should not be allowed.   Making changes to bug flags without adding historical record is very difficult to work around.

cf_blocking_loop was renamed to cf_backlog (bug 1150757).
