Steps to reproduce:

Scale a bordered element by CSS so that its effective border-width < 1px.

Take the attached html as an example.


Actual results:

Some or all of its border lines are not rendered.



Expected results:

All border lines should be rendered.

It changes with the zoom level.

Hi Loic,

It seems bug 895096 is specifically about table layout, and the patch therein (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=895096#c8) only changes layout/tables/nsTableFrame.cpp , so I doubt this issue will be fixed along with 895096.
