Details
We should change the default behavior of Push Messages to remain visible until user interaction, and this behavior should be consistent across OSX and Windows. In the case of OSX this requires setting the default behavior for FF notifications in OSX as Alerts, which are sticky; in the case of Windows this requires FF making the messages sticky. Currently messages disappear in ~4 seconds, and on Windows, once they are gone there is no message tray to review them. Push Messages should remain visible until the user interacts with them. In the future, with more Ux work and a better knowledge of how users are interacting, we can adjust this behavior.
