Expected Results: Link should remain static and not move.
What I got: Anchor shifts 1 pixels when focus is applied.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached test case and place focus on link called "This is a bunch of
text in a td"
2) Notice the anchor contents shifts.

Resizing the window horizontally seems to fix the shifting issue too. Tested
under OS X build (2002-01-15-03).

Found the build when this problem started. Build 2001-01-20-04. Tested under OS
X 10.1.2.

I'm not able to reproduce this issue in the Jan 30th OS X build (2002-01-30-08).
