Scrolling around http://velodynelidar.com/vlp-16.html gives black leaking into the background by the picture of a hand holding the sensor. Safari and Chrome don't have this.

The page appears to be implementing a parallax effect using a fixed background and adjusting the position on scroll events. This causes the background to lag behind scrolling, resulting in the black bars above/below the background image.

I don't see any black leaks any more. Probably because bug 1166301 made us paint enough of the background-attachment:fixed image ahead of time.
