Greg, I intend to enable bundleclone as part of this. Any other mercurial.ini changes you want me to include out of the box?

FWIW, `mach mercurial-setup` will update the path to the bundleclone extension when it runs. But bootstrapping the environment with bundleclone installed is a good idea because it means clones will always use the CDN, which is good.

I can't think of any other changes to make to mercurial.ini.

Yeah, I'm mainly interested in making sure Mercurial comes with a good OOB config prior to any chance of running mach. Thanks for the quick reply!
