User Story

As a user, I want to know when an article was last updated.

Acceptance Criteria:

* Display "last update: xx" right below the main body of the article, above the acknowledgments, where xx is the date of the revision, just the date, not the time.
As a user, I want to know when an article was last updated.
This is about the mobile article page.
